Terms & Conditions For Sellers
All garments must have been recently dry cleaned or laundered, in immaculate condition, no more than two years old & in season.
Any items accepted which require attention before they are ready for sale will have an extra charge levied against them. If it doesn't sell, this will be levied against a similar priced item.
The seller will be entitled to 50% of the selling price. Payment can be made 2 weeks later.
Items will be kept for 8 weeks and the price reduced at our discretion & always after 4 weeks. Prices will be reduced to endeavour to make a sale unless a minimum selling price is agreed upon receipt of items.
Any unsold items not collected after 8 weeks will be sent to charity.
Although reasonable care will be taken, any item deposited for sale is at the owner's risk. We do not accept responsibility for theft or damage. Ownership passes to the buyer on payment.
